 The price of a thing is put in the Ablative:  
-  agrum v*ndidit se*stertium sex
nillibug,  he sold the land for 6000 sesterces. 
- AntOnius r*gna addixit pectildi 
(Phil.  vii.  15), Antony sold thrones for money. 
- log* ridiculOs:  quis c5nA poseit 
(P1.  Stich.  221), jokes:  who wants them for (at the price of)
a dinner? 
- mign5 ill! ea cnn otetiS stetit 
(Liv.  ii.  36), that hesitation cost him dear.
