How Did I Do This?

The pages on this site were all marked up by hand, except for some boilerplate formatting which was handled by WebMeister. (On the other hand, the template itself was also hand-written. WebMeister just makes it easier to keep all of the pages consistent.)

Why Does It Look So Weird?

I have done my best to adhere to the HTML 4.0 specification, and have tried to use CSS for all formatting. There are cases, however, when I have to use some inelegant HTML in order to support non-compliant (or, to be kinder, less-compliant) browsers. Even if your browser doesn't support the latest in HTML and CSS formatting, you should still get a usable page.

	If you're interested in seeing what the pages are intended to look like, you need to be using Microsoft Internet Explorer (4.0+), or Netscape Navigator (also 4.0+).
